• Children are not permitted at C the Results - unless by prior arrangement
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment I reserve the right to cancel your appointment an rearrange subject to availability
  
• No Shows - failing to turn up for your appointment will be charged at 100% of the service charge. 
  
• If you cancel/move the appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be required to pay 50% of the service charge
